Taste Washington

 

Sun., April 5th—Taste Washington is a celebration of Washington wines, and the Grand Tasting features over 200 wineries and 60 restaurants. This is your chance to really taste Washington! Meet some of the state’s best grape growers, and enhance your understanding of our world-class wines.

 

Taste Washington Grand Tasting: Sunday, April 5th, General Admission, 4pm-8pm, $85

Premier Chefs Dinner

 

Sun., May 17th—Mark your calendars for a Premier Chefs Dinner benefiting Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center! This delicious event will be held at the Grand Hyatt Seattle, beginning with a Wine Tasting Reception at 5 PM, then moving on at 6 PM to a Six-course Dinner and Live Auction.

 

A unique menu will be prepared for the evening by some of our finest local chefs, including Greg Atkinson, Seattle Culinary Academy; Maria Hines, Tilth; Brent Martin, Grand Hyatt and Hyatt at Olive 8; Angie Roberts, BOKA Kitchen + Bar; John Sarich, Chateau Ste. Michelle; Dana Tough, Spur; Jerry Traunfeld, Poppy; and Jennifer Volk, Crush. And the event will feature exquisite wines from Pacific Northwest wineries, including Alexandria Nicole Cellars; Bunnell Family Cellar and RiverAerie Wines; Cedergreen Cellars; Chateau Ste. Michelle; Sheridan Vineyard; Three Rivers Winery; Va Piano Vineyards; and Wineglass Cellars.
