This year the Space Needle celebrates it’s 50th year anniversary<\/a>. I was honored to be chosen and contribute to a special Tasting Menu served the entire month of May at SkyCity at the Needle restaurant<\/a>. The Tasting Menu was such a hit that they’ve decided to bring it back for the month of October… with a special twist!<\/p>\n

Starting on October 1st, SkyCity will be featuring dishes highlighting Seattle’s future culinary stars. Professional chef instructors and students will be joining SkyCity’s Executive Chef Jeff Maxfield in creating a special Tasting Menu.<\/p>\n
