It\u2019s healthy; individually packaged; and come in a wide variety of flavors! From Boston Cream Pie to Passion Fruit, to Orange Creamsicle to Boysenberry.<\/p>\n<p>And these days, people just can get enough of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.lightnfit.com\/light-and-fit-greek\">Greek Yogurt<\/a>! It\u2019s creamy and smooth and the low-fat varieties taste so luscious!<\/p>\n<p>Greek yogurt is packed with muscle-building and appetite suppressing proteins, and fat-free versions are low in calories and sugar, making this treat a total win-win in my books. For added flavor, top it with freshly chopped fruits, crunchy granola, a drizzle of honey, or\u2026 shaved dark chocolate! The options are endless!<\/p>\n<p>This dairy darling has many d\u2019lish applications. I love mixing it into mashed potatoes or adding a dollop on top of my morning oatmeal drizzled with maple syrup. For healthy app, dip rice crackers or baked chips into plain <a href=\"http:\/\/chobani.com\/kitchen\/just-add-good\/\">Greek yogurt<\/a> topped with salsa and a sprinkling of chopped cilantro \u2013 delicioso!<\/p>\n<p>Greek yogurt is the perfect addition to any morning routine. It\u2019s great when blended into my <strong>Fiber Packed Breakfast Smoothie!<\/strong> Blended with a whole-peeled orange, a spoonful of <a href=\"http:\/\/kathycasey.com\/shop_honey.html\">local honey<\/a>, ice and a few flax seeds\u2013you\u2019ll have the energy you need to start your day right.<\/p>\n<p>Yogurt has definitely lost its \u201cplain vanilla\u201d reputation and I&#8217;m glad! \u2013Kathy<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fiber Packed Breakfast Smoothie<\/strong><br \/>\nThe great thing about smoothies are that you can customize to your personal taste. Add a tablespoon of protein powder, or toss in some fresh or frozen berries.<\/p>\n<p>Using a whole orange adds not only great taste, but extra fiber too. And if you want to jack up the fiber even more add a few torn leaves of fresh kale.<\/p>\n<p>And if you really love smoothies- be sure to get yourself a fantastic blender. I love my <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vitamix.com\/\">Vitamix i<\/a>t makes smoothies in a flash!<\/p>\n<p>Makes 2 servings<\/p>\n<p>1 large orange<br \/>\n1 ripe banana, cut in chunks<br \/>\n1\/2 cup low-fat or fat-free yogurt<br \/>\n1 \u2013 2 Tbsp local honey,  agave nectar (or sub a packet of no-cal sweetener)<br \/>\n1\/2 \u2013 1 teaspoon flax seed (the more seeds \u2013 the more \u201ctexture\u201d)<br \/>\n1 cup ice<\/p>\n<p>Cut the peel off the oranges, trim away any white pith, cut the fruit into chunks, removing any seeds.<\/p>\n<p>Place the orange, banana, yogurt, honey, flax seeds and ice in a blender cup and blend on high speed until smooth.
