Reality Restaurant™
Play Reality Restaurant, a fun and interactive dinner. If you've ever wondered how it's all done, then this is your chance to cook it up on the line! Guests are seated and numbered off into teams. Kathy Casey and her staff then call upon teams to help “put out” each course of your dinner.

Cocktail & Appetizer Class
Treat yourself to some tasty libations and inspiration where you'll learn to "Shake, Swizzle & Stir" like a pro! We'll be shaking and sipping creative cocktails such as Rosemary Cosmos and Perfectly Naughty Martinis while nibbling on sumptuous snacks. You may have seen this fun class on TV—it was featured on the Food Network's Unwrapped! 25 person minimum.

The Studio Cocktail Party
The ultimate reception-style cocktail party. Of course we'll provide a sumptuous menu, personalized to accommodate your individual taste. Top it off with a signature cocktail that all of your guests will remember. Enjoy our club sound system, or let us hire additional entertainment to complete your event. You’ll learn how to do an easy dinner party that is a real crowd pleaser. With the take-home recipe packet, you’ll feel confident about preparing this menu that will knock the socks off your friends! Northwest Chowder Cook-off Event
This is the ultimate Northwest experience and available only at Kathy Casey Food Studios. You and your guests will be grouped off into teams and then set loose to create your own signature clam chowder. To accomplish this, you’ll be given a plethora of fun ingredients to customize your chowder with. While some teammates are cooking up the chowder, the rest will be brainstorming on a name and logo. Each team receives an hour for their creations. Once the time has expired, it’s off to the judges for presentations. After all teams have presented their masterpieces, the judges will make the final decision as to which chowder tickled their tongues the most. The winning team will receive the Ultimate Chowder Gold Medal! After the judging, teams can taste one another’s chowder taste-tations.

As you vie to be the Chowder Champions, you’ll be served NW Microbrews, D'Lish Sangria, Studios Fruit Splash and d’lish appetizers.

Wild Mushrooms of the Northwest
Our mushroom expert will demo and discuss the plethora of wild mushrooms in the Northwest. During the demo, you’ll dine on a lunch of signature wild mushroom dishes, such as Morel Soup with Housemade Hazelnut Crackers or Grilled Salmon with Wild Mushroom Vinaigrette. This is a seasonal event—call for availability.

Shellfish of the Northwest
Our shellfish expert will guide you through a tasting of oysters from pristine Northwest waters, clams, mussels and the illustrious “geoduck.” Everything you wanted to know about oyster shucking, lore and myths will be told at this bivalve class and tasting. This is a seasonal event—call for availability.
