LEMON & LIME SOUR COCKTAILOR
Lively up your cocktail recipes and get creative with this luscious and versatile lemon and lime mixer.

Basics: Mix 1 to 1 1/2 parts Cocktailor with: 1 part vodka, gin, rum, brandy, whisky or tequila.

Our Lemon & Lime Sour Cocktailor has a bright fresh flavor that will make your cocktails come alive whether you're shaking up retro classics or new creative cocktails. Get creative and shake it up with your favorite liquor! For a creative non-alcoholic drink alternative, serve 1 part shaken with fresh fruits—up or on the rocks—with 2 to 3 parts soda water.

HOLIDAY TWIRL
Makes 1 drink

1 sprig fresh rosemary
1 oz Dish D'Lish Lemon & Lime Sour Cocktailor
1/2 oz cranberry juice
1 1/2 oz Absolut Vanilla Vodka
1/2 oz apricot nectar
Garnish: 1 small rosemary sprig & a fresh cranberry

Add rosemary sprig to cocktail shaker.
Fill shaker with ice and measure in Absolut Vanilla Vodka,
Sour, cranberry juice and apricot nectar.
Shake until very cold.
Strain drink into martini glass.
Float rosemary sprig and cranberry on top of drink.

WHITE MANGO COSMO FIZZ
Makes 1 drink

1 sprig fresh thyme
1 1/2 oz Finlandia Mango Fusion vodka
1/2 oz orange liqueur
1 oz Dish D'Lish Lemon & Lime Sour Cocktailor
1/2 oz white cranberry juice
1 to 1 1/2 oz brut Champagne or sparkling wine

Garnish: fresh or frozen cranberry skewered on a cocktail pick with a piece of dried mango or a fresh thyme sprig
Fill a pint shaker glass with ice. Crush the thyme and drop into glass.
Measure in liquors, sour and cranberry juice.
Cap with shaker can and shake vigorously.
Strain into chilled martini glass.
Strain into a chilled martini glass. Add Champagne and garnish.

TEN 75
Makes 1 drink

A classic drink has been made a perfect “Ten.” It sings with the botanical essences of Tanqueray TEN gin and alludes to the sophistication of a French 75!

1 1/2 oz. Tanqueray TEN gin
1/2 oz. Grand Marnier
1 oz. Dish D'Lish Lemon & Lime Sour Cocktailor
2 oz. Chandon Blanc de Noirs Sparkling Wine
Long orange zest twist for garnish

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add gin, Grand Marnier, and Cocktailor. Shake until very cold. Strain the drink into a large martini glass and top with sparkling wine. Garnish with a curled orange twist hanging over the edge of the glass.

Chef's Tips: When zesting your orange twist, work over your drink so the flavorful oils spritz into your cocktail.

SAGE MARGARITA
Makes 1 cocktail

1 lime wedge
1 fresh sage leaf
1 1/2 oz high-quality tequila, such as Cazadores Reposado or El Tesoro Platinum tequila
1/2 oz triple sec or Grand Marnier
1/2 oz cranberry juice
1 to 1 1/2 oz Dish D' Lish Lemon & Lime Sour Cocktailor
Garnish: 1 fresh sage leaf

In a shaker can squeeze and drop in the lime wedge. Crush the sage leaf and drop in.
Fill with ice and then measure in the remaining ingredients. Cap and shake until very cold. Strain into a chilled large martini glass - float a fresh sage leaf for garnish.

DOUGLAS FIR SPARKLE'TINI
Makes 1 cocktail

1½ oz Douglas Fir Infused Gin (recipe follows)
1½ oz Dish D'Lish Lemon & Lime Sour Cocktailor
¾ oz white cranberry juice
1 � 1½ oz brut champagne or dry sparkling wine
Garnish: tiny Douglas fir sprig and a fresh or frozen cranberry

In a cocktail shaker, measure in the infused gin, Cocktailor, and cranberry juice.

Fill shaker with ice, cap and shake vigorously. Strain into a martini glass and then top with a splash of champagne. Garnish with Douglas fir sprig and cranberry.

Douglas Fir Infused Gin

1 bottle high-quality gin, such as Aviation
A 5 – 6" sprig Douglas fir branch, rinsed

Place Douglas fir branch into gin and let sit 24 hours. Then remove branch and discard.

CLEAR CONSCIOUS (non-alcoholic)
Makes 1 drink

This recipe was created by Kathy Casey Food Studios® for Restaurant Zoë

1/4 of a tangerine
8 thin slices English cucumber
1 lemon verbena leaf, or substitute kaffir lime leaf or fresh mint leaf
2 oz Dish D'Lish Lemon & Lime Sour Cocktailor
2 oz soda water
Garnish: paper-thin cucumber slice

Squeeze the tangerine into a cocktail shaker and drop in. Add the cucumber. Crush and add the lemon verbena. Fill shaker with ice. Add lime sour. Top shaker, and shake until very cold. Strain into large martini glass. Add soda. Float the cucumber garnish in drink.

HOLIDAY BLUSH (non-alcoholic)
Makes 1 drink

1/8 of a pink grapefruit
2 big sprigs fresh mint
2 oz Dish D'Lish Lemon & Lime Sour Cocktailor
1 ounce cranberry juice
1 ounce soda water
Garnish: a cranberry and a mint leaf

Squeeze the grapefruit into a cocktail shaker and drop in. Add the mint sprigs, and fill shaker with ice. Add the lime sour and cranberry juice. Top shaker, and shake until very cold.

Strain into a large martini glass. Add soda water. Float cranberry and mint leaf in drink.

In bar measurements, "ounces" of liquids means fluid ounces. If you do not have a marked bar measuring tool, use standard kitchen measuring spoons and refer to the following chart.

4 ounces = 8 tablespoons = 1/2 cup
3 ounces = 6 tablespoons
2 ounces = 4 tablespoons = 1/4 cup
1 ounce = 2 tablespoons
1/2 ounce = 1 tablespoon
1/4 ounce = 1 1/2 teaspoons
1/8 ounce = 3/4 teaspoon
