3 oz. unsweetened baking chocolate
1 1/2 sticks (12 Tbsp.) butter
2 Tbsp. Instant espresso granules or instant coffee
3 eggs
1/3 cup Negra Modelo beer
1 1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup flour
1/4 tsp. salt
